Use: Grains of Paradise are prized for their warm, peppery flavor with notes of cardamom, citrus, and eucalyptus. Traditionally used in West African cuisines, these aromatic seeds are increasingly popular in gourmet cooking, craft spirits, and cosmetic formulations for their antioxidant and antimicrobial properties.
