Our broad presence across West Africa allows us to offer a wide range of botanicals, while our local export office ensures a hands-on connection with the field.

All along the season, our teams spread across the different production areas to supervise the evolution and stay close to the reality of the field.

Inter-season, we strive to reinforce our links with the producers by determining with them the means that must be deployed to support productivity and product quality.

Batch identification, field quality control, traceability follow-up, packaging control and palet supervision are some of the control steps before exporting.

As value chain creators, we maintain a permanent presence throughout the crop cycle — from field to export. Batch identification, on-site quality control, traceability follow-up, packaging control, and pallet supervision are just some of the checkpoints every shipment passes through before it leaves the origin.

Once the harvest arrives, our team supervises the processing of the raw material at every stage. Each batch is assigned a unique traceability code, quality analyses are carried out on every lot, and packaging is rigorously inspected before loading — so what leaves our facility is exactly what we tell you it is.

Samples & specifications

We send a sample from the current lot with its technical data sheet, so you can run your own analysis.

Quotation within 48 h

Price per Incoterm (FOB or CIF), MOQ, packaging options and shipment window. Payment terms are agreed for each order.

Order confirmation

A proforma confirms the agreed specifications, quantities and shipping date.

Direct sourcing

We buy directly from our Excellence growers and cooperatives. Every batch is traceable from field to pallet.

Processing & quality control

Cleaning, sorting, drying and processing in Côte d’Ivoire. Each lot is analysed in ISO/IEC 17025-accredited labs and a CoA is issued.

Packing & export documents

Bags, boxes, vacuum packing, drums or flexitainer, with certificate of origin, phytosanitary and fumigation certificates, packing list and B/L.

Shipping & follow-up

FOB or CIF to ports in Europe, Asia, the Americas and Africa, with updates until your goods arrive.
