2. Purpose of the website

This website presents Ivoire Essentials and the botanical raw materials it sources and exports from Côte d’Ivoire. It is not an online shop: no sale is concluded through this website.

3. Product information and sales

Product descriptions, specifications, photos, harvest seasons and availability are given for information only and may vary according to the harvest and the lot. The binding specifications are those stated in the certificate of analysis (COA) and in our written quotation. Prices are only provided in written quotations.

Every sale is governed by the accepted pro-forma invoice or the sales contract, including the agreed Incoterm (Incoterms® 2020), payment and delivery terms. In the event of any conflict, the pro-forma invoice or contract prevails over the content of this website.

4. Intellectual property

Texts, photographs, logos, technical sheets and the “Ivoire Essentials” brand are the property of Ivoire Essentials SARLU or are used with permission. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited, except for short quotations mentioning the source.

5. Use of the website

You agree to use the website lawfully, not to disrupt its operation and not to send false, unlawful or unsolicited advertising messages through its forms.
